8 oz boiling water
1 tsp. fresh turmeric root, grated (1/3 tsp. if using dried)
1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated (1/3 tsp. if using dried)
1 tsp. coconut oil
Honey to taste, optional
Fresh lemon wedge, optional
Combine all ingredients.
Drink daily or as desired.
